My mission is to make therapy more approachable.

Hi, I’m Ryan. I know that finding the right therapist can be challenging. Reaching out takes courage, especially when you’re entrusting your story to someone new.

You deserve a therapist who truly listens, someone who’s not just a passive observer, but an engaged collaborator in your healing. You want a space where you can share openly, free from judgment, and where every part of your story is welcomed.

In my work, we explore how the stories you’ve lived, and the ones still unfolding, shape your inner world. Together, we listen for what your psyche is asking for now: more compassion, new meaning, or perhaps a different way of seeing yourself.

I draw on relational, depth-oriented, and body-centered approaches to help you reconnect with your authentic self and redefine your story from the inside out. My practice is an inclusive space where all identities and lived experiences are warmly welcomed.

Empowering

Empowerment begins with awareness. By bringing the unconscious into view, we uncover the emotions and stories that quietly guide your life, opening the way for change that feels authentic and lasting.

Grounded

Grounding comes from learning to stay with your experience, not above it. Through gentle attention to body and feeling, we cultivate presence, stability, and trust in your own rhythm.
